Я заметил, что сейчас огромная мода на «эффективных менеджеров». Продать любой товар, пусть даже самый некачественный, любыми средствами — вот верх совершенства!

Меня уже воротит от стеклянной улыбки и заученных продающих фраз. Все стараются впарить тебе товар и получить прибыль.

А особенно поражают «АКЦИИ»! Сначала к цене прибавят 50%, а потом скидывают 20%. Это же чистой воды обман! Такой бизнес ведется исключительно ради прибыли, остальное — неважно.

Я не хочу и не буду так делать. Моя истинная цель — заниматься любимым делом для самореализации. Я хочу делать качественную и нужную людям работу, за которую будет не стыдно.

Айсдому не по пути с «эффективными менеджерами». У нас никогда не будет псевдо-акций, не будет и грубого впаривания. Мы делаем свою работу на отлично и относится к заказчикам, как к партнерам. Просто и по-человечески.

  • Есть ли у вас дилеры в других городах? Франшиза?

В наших строительных бригадах работают русские ребята без вредных привычек. Часть — вегетарианцы, да еще с высшим образованием. Строительство купольных домов требует точности и концентрации, поэтому экономить на сотрудниках мы не можем чисто физически.
